"This place is THE place to go if you are serious about your therapy. I was impressed with the initial exam Simone did, her assessment was quick but thorough and she know just what needed to be targeted in order to get me back to normal. I worked with Josh for most of the rest of my visits and it is obvious that he is highly knowledgeable in his field. His explanations of the balance between strength and stretching, as well as breaking down what happened and why I injured myself were easy to understand. His exercises and strength training methods are on point and he is super patient and encouraging! I feel much more confident in my recovery now that I have the tools. They can only do so much, it is up to YOU to regularly continue what you have been taught at home."
